Choose this method if you already have a PayPal account, or if you want to pay by credit or debit card. This is fast, easy and safe as you are transferred to PayPal's secure transaction portal to make the payment. None of your card details are ever given to me (PayPal just send me the money).
Cheque / Money Order
You can send a cheque or money order to pay for your goods. Items will be dispatched when the funds have cleared, so please allow a few days for this.
Deferred Payment
If an item is out of stock and you want to know how long it will take to be made before committing your order, you can select Deferred Payment at the checkout. You should also enter a comment in the Comments box telling me your preferred payment method (and of course anything else you want to say). I will email you with the estimated delay while your order is made up together with payment instructions - if you indicated you wanted to pay by PayPal then the email will enable you to do this. Once I have received payment then I will start on your order and despatch it as soon as it is ready.
Shipping
I aim to post all in-stock items to UK addresses as soon as possible. Usually I will post items the next working day after payment is received.
Items made to order will be shipped as soon as they are ready. Some items may take two weeks or more to make up, so if you need them in a hurry then please see the Deferred Payment section above.
Shipping to UK addresses is by Royal Mail first class packet post for smaller items, and Royal Mail parcel post for larger orders. The shipping costs are based on weight and include cost of packaging. You may select Royal Mail First Class / Parcel Post, or for just a little extra get Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (recommended).
For overseas shipments or any other special shipping requirements, please select Special as the shipping method and Deferred Payment at the checkout payment page (see above). Enter the relevant details in the Comments box such as "Ship to USA, pay by PayPal" . When I have calculated the shipping costs I will email you with total price and payment instructions.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your goods, then please contact me and let me know the problem. In most cases I will be able to provide either a full refund or replacement goods to the same value at my discretion. Return shipping costs will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty.
